A Fun, Creative Music & Arts Camp

Camp Musicmania is a summer day camp where students explore music, art, movement, and creativity in a welcoming and playful environment. Offered by the UNI Community Music School, this camp provides group music instruction for young musicians in the Cedar Valley and creative activities that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and joyful music‑making—no previous experience required.

Format: One-week day camp

What will students experience?

Campers are grouped by age and led by experienced educators in small, supportive groups. Student dancing on stage.

Activies may include:

Instrument exploration and creative music-making
Singing, movement, and music games
Visual art and hands-on creative projects
Collaborative ensemble activities
Theatre and movement experiences
A Camp Musicmania staff recital
Fun outdoor or movie time each day (weather-dependent)

Daily Schedule & What to Bring

Campers will be indoors and outdoors, weather permitting
Students must bring a lunch daily
One snack is provided each day
Comfortable clothing and tennis shoes recommended
