Ale Cabello

Ale Cabello graduated from Ankeny High School in 2024. She is currently a second-year undergraduate student studying instrumental music education. Her main instrument is trumpet, and during her time at UNI she has been a part of the Panther Marching Band as a music section leader, Symphonic Band as the section leader, the Mariachi Panteras, jazz band, and Brio Brass Quintet. She is also a member of the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota.

Outside of school, Ale is part of the 34th Army Band, the only national guard band in Iowa. She is also a member of the Fort Iowa Brass Quintet. During her free time, she enjoys crocheting and taking care of her plants.
