By registering for any School of Music camp, workshop or activity you and/or your child/youth are agreeing that you will follow all UNI policies. Parents/guardians who register a child/youth for a camp, workshop or activity are expressing permission for that child to participate, and agree to provide event coordinators with accurate and updated emergency contact information for the child/youth. All UNI School of Music camp, workshop and activity participants may be photographed or video taped during School of Music sponsored events; by registering for these events you are agreeing that these materials may be used under any legal condition including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising and web content.
