UNI Lyric Theatre
UNI Lyric Theatre has an exciting season ahead!
From vocal performance majors to music education majors, from music technology majors to non-majors in every discipline, undergraduate and graduate students alike develop and hone their performing skills side by side on stage in UNI Lyric Theatre.
Whether your goals are to pursue a performing career, become a skilled and knowledgeable educator, or to enjoy a musical life journey in any number of other ways, we invite you to engage in the creative process of creating exciting lyric theatre. Mentored by faculty and guest artists who are active performers and outstanding teachers, we continue to build upon a tradition of excellence. Each year brings new opportunities, ranging from full opera or musical productions in collaboration with the Northern Iowa Symphony Orchestra to chamber works, scenes programs, concerts, and community events.
