Music B.A.: Music History

The Music History track is intended for students who want to develop skills, methods and knowledge in the fields of music history and musicology.

Working closely with faculty mentors, students receive professional preparation in the field of music and more specialized training in the methods, sources and approaches of musicology.

With an array of experiences under their belt, our graduates go on to successful careers as music historians, musicologists, music librarians, music critics, writers/editors of music books or magazines, and more.
