Composition Theory

The integrity of the theory and aural skills program at UNI is the result of individual members who are dedicated to a unified and comprehensive approach to presenting theoretical and stylistic insights, development of aural/visual skills and the role that analysis plays in interpretation, performance listening, composing or as a critic. Most of the theory/composition faculty members are published composers and recipients of many honors and awards.
