- Complete the Registration Form for Academic Year (August - May) or Summer Lessons (June - July).
- You can select the teacher you would like to work with OR we will work with you to find the best teacher - student fit!
- Your teacher will reach out to schedule your lesson day, time, and when you will start. Fun!
- Let your teacher know what you want to accomplish in lessons.
- Your teacher my recommend purchasing a lesson book.
- Get excited about your first lesson!
- An invoice for tuition will be emailed to you. Follow the instructions on the invoice to set up your recurring payment plan.

Individual Lessons
- Individual lessons for woodwinds, brass, percussion, voice, and piano are offered on an individual basis for beginning to advanced students.
- Lessons are given year-round and students may start at any time during the year.
- Students have the opportunity to sign up for weekly 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60- minute lessons. Recitals and performance classes are available to students throughout the year.
- All lessons are taught on the UNI campus or through virtual instruction.
- Convenient parking is available, as well as waiting areas for students and families.
Piano for the Beginning Adult Student
Have you ever wished that you took piano lessons as a child?
Do you wish that you had never quit taking piano lessons?
Now's your chance to make your piano playing dreams come true in a fun, no pressure adult group class!
- Classes meet for 12 weeks.
- All classes are taught on the UNI campus.
- Convenient parking is available, as well as waiting areas for students and families.
Music for Little Mozarts
- Music for Little Mozarts offers a fun-focused blend of piano playing, basic rhythm/aural training, elementary music-reading, and music appreciation.
- This group class is an excellent option for the beginner student who is not yet taking private lessons, but is certainly not exclusive to first-time students!
- All students within the first year of study are encouraged to take part.
- The Music for Little Mozarts classes meets weekly for 12 weeks with a Piano Party! during the last class.
- All lessons are taught on the UNI campus.
- Convenient parking is available, as well as waiting areas for students and families.
