Jamison Gibson

Jamison grew up in Urbandale, Iowa and transferred to UNI in the fall of 2022 from Iowa Central Community College. Shortly after arriving on campus his first semester, he auditioned and joined the guild. He really enjoys learning about the carillon and learning new songs to play. He does not enjoy climbing the 80-some stairs to the top of the Campanile. When he’s not chiming, Jamison can be found singing in the UNI choirs, competing with the Ultimate Frisbee Club, or writing music in his room. A fun fact about Jamison is that he’s a very accomplished chess player. 

Jamison is currently studying Music Composition and Theory.
