We would like a solo string player to come and play during our girls night out event at the La Porte City FFA, Historical and Ag museum. For this event you would play from 6-7:30 with break for dinner, which we will provide, and then finish with another 30 min of playing. Looking for a solo performer for our "tiny art show" opening reception. It is a community event to unveil their tiny art submissions, with a tattoo artist doing tiny art demos. If anyone owns and knows how to play ukulele, that would be a bonus (since it fits the "tiny" theme). The performer would be background to the main event, so ideally be able to play unplugged and a bit quieter (vocals not required, but I am not opposed to a musician singing if they wish). The entire reception is an hour and a half (5:30 - 7:00 p.m.), so the amount total we have budgeted for would be $300. | Yes | $200 Hourly |
