Panther Marching Band to perform in London New Year’s Day Parade
The UNI Panther Marching Band will spend fall 2014 preparing for a tour to London, England. On March 26, conductor and band director Danny Galyen formally accepted the invitation to perform at the London New Year’s Day Parade. Galyen appeared onstage in the Great Hall at the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center along with the Lord Mayor of the City of Wesminster Councillor Duncan Sandys and Robert C. Bone, Executive Director of the London Parade Festival.
