UNI faculty artist Ross Winter will coordinate this day-long event for violinists. Exceptional guest artist Laurie Smukler will appear. Smukler made her debut with the Cleveland Orchestra at the age of fourteen. A graduate of Juilliard, where she studied with Ivan Galamian, she was a founding member of the Mendelssohn String Quartet, and currently serves on the faculty at the Juilliard School.
