Please stop by the School of Music Offices regarding any questions: Gallagher Bluedorn (GBPAC) 72 (and visit with Susie Grover), or Russell Hall (RSL) 115 (to talk with Gayl Pakala or Michelle Kostielney in the main office). Our staff is here to assist you! You can call the offices 24 hours a day at 273-2025 and 273-2024 respectively. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Russell Hall and the PAC.
All of our faculty members have weekly office hours, so feel free to contact them.
Tammy Hook (firstname.lastname@example.org), our Office Coordinator, can be contacted regarding employment opportunities. Tammy supervises the entire staff and manages the budget.
All locker or key requests should be requested through Susie Grover (email@example.com). Any questions on rehearsal/recital scheduling should be directed to Caroline Francis, Communication and Operations Coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you need assistance during the academic year, feel free to schedule a meeting to meet with Dr. Jeff Funderburk (Interim Director, School of Music), or transition team associate directors Dr. Julia Bullard and Dr. Rebecca Burkhardt. The director's office is located in Russell Hall 115.
