Claire Uselding

Claire Uselding (saxophone) is an undergraduate instrumental music education student from Huxley, IA. Through her time at UNI, Claire has been involved in the UNI Wind Ensemble, UNI Jazz Bands One, Two and Three, jazz combo, various saxophone quartets/ensembles, the Northern Iowa Symphony Orchestra and the Panther Marching Band. She studied classical saxophone with Dr. Ann Bradfield and jazz saxophone with Mr. Chris Merz. Claire will be leaving campus after this semester to student teach in the fall of 2025. She plans to live at home while student teaching in the Ankeny Community School District.
